Article 1: About the Service
This application "People Hub" is a service that allows users to manage information about their favorite members and browse information in a timeline format.
This service stores data only on the user's device and does not transmit personal information to external servers.
Article 2: Personal Information
At this time, we do not collect users' personal information, except for the following:
- Payment information by the payment platform (App Store / Google Play)
- Anonymous metrics and analytics data provided by the store
- Contact email addresses
- Crash logs and error reports (in a format that cannot identify individuals)
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will notify users in advance within the app.
Article 3: Subscription
For iOS (App Store):
1. Price and Period: Please check the displayed price and period before purchasing.
2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through the App Store management screen.
4. Restore: If premium features are not reflected in the app even though your subscription is still valid after reinstalling the app, you can restore them using the "Restore Purchase" button.
5. Refunds: Refunds are subject to Apple's discretion and store terms.
For Android (Google Play):
1. Price and Period: Please check the displayed price and period before purchasing.
2. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through the Google Play Store management screen.
4. Sync: If premium features are not reflected in the app even though your subscription is still valid after reinstalling the app, you can retrieve them using "Sync Purchase".
5. Refunds: Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.
Article 4: Prohibited Actions
Users must not engage in the following actions:
- Actions that infringe on the copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of this service
- Circumventing technical protection measures, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering (except to the extent permitted by law)
- Using this service for commercial purposes or competitive analysis (except with prior written permission)
- Actions that interfere with the operation of this service
- Automated access, scraping, or other mechanical access
- Other actions that violate laws or public order and morals
Article 5: Terms Related to Apple Media Services (iOS only)
- Apple is not a party to this agreement.
- Maintenance and support of this app is the responsibility of the developer.
- The developer will handle product claims and intellectual property infringement claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may exercise rights under these Terms of Use.
- Users must comply with laws regarding export controls and sanctions compliance.
- Users must also comply with Apple's Media Services Terms of Use.
Article 6: Disclaimer
- This service is provided as-is, and we make no guarantees regarding its availability, accuracy, or completeness.
- The developer assumes no responsibility for damages (including indirect damages and lost profits) arising from the use of this service.
- The developer assumes no responsibility even if damage occurs to the user's device as a result of using this service.
- The specifications of this service may be changed without notice.
- Statutory consumer protection rights are not waived.
Article 7: Changes to Terms of Use
- The developer may change these Terms of Use as necessary.
- The revised Terms of Use will take effect when notified within the app.
- If you do not agree with the revised Terms of Use, please stop using this service.
Article 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
- The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction over disputes arising from this service.

第2条：個人情報について
現時点では、当社はユーザーの個人情報を取得しません。ただし以下を除きます：
- 決済プラットフォーム（App Store / Google Play）による決済情報
- ストア提供の匿名指標・分析データ
- お問い合わせメールアドレス
- クラッシュログ・エラーレポート（個人を特定できない形式）
詳しくはプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。将来、分析ツール等を導入する場合は、事前にアプリ内で通知いたします。
第3条：サブスクリプション
iOS（App Store）の場合：
1. 価格・期間：表示されている価格と期間をご確認の上、ご購入ください。
2. 自動更新：サブスクリプションは自動更新され、更新日の24時間前までに解約しない限り継続されます。
3. 解約方法：App Storeの管理画面からいつでも解約できます。
4. 復元：アプリの再インストール後などに、サブスクリプションの有効期限内であるにもかかわらずアプリ内で有料機能が反映されていない場合は、「購入を復元」ボタンから復元が可能です。
5. 返金：返金の可否はAppleの裁量・ストア規約に従います。
Android（Google Play）の場合：
1. 価格・期間：表示されている価格と期間をご確認の上、ご購入ください。

第4条：禁止行為
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 本サービスの著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権を侵害する行為
- 技術的保護措置の回避、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング（法で許容される範囲を除く）
- 本サービスを商用目的・競合分析目的で利用する行為（事前に書面による許可を得た場合を除く）
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 自動取得・スクレイピング等の機械的アクセス
- その他、法令に違反する行為または公序良俗に反する行為
第5条：Appleメディアサービスに関する条項 （iOS版のみ）
- Appleは本契約の当事者ではありません。
- 本アプリの保守・サポートは開発者の責任です。
- 製品クレーム・知財侵害クレームの対応は開発者が行います。
- Appleおよびその子会社は第三者受益者として、本利用規約に基づいて権利を行使できます。
- 輸出管理・制裁遵守に関する法令を遵守する必要があります。
- Appleのメディアサービス利用規約にも準拠する必要があります。
第6条：免責事項
- 本サービスは、現状のまま提供され、その可用性、正確性、完全性について保証しません。
- 本サービスの利用により生じた損害（間接損害・逸失利益を含む）について、開発者は責任を負いません。
- 本サービスの利用によりユーザーのデバイスに損害が生じた場合も、開発者は責任を負いません。
- 本サービスの仕様は予告なく変更される場合があります。
- 法定の消費者保護権利は放棄されません。
第7条：利用規約の変更
- 開発者は、必要に応じて本利用規約を変更することがあります。
- 変更後の利用規約は、アプリ内で通知した時点で効力を生じます。
- 変更後の利用規約に同意できない場合は、本サービスの利用を停止してください。
第8条：準拠法・管轄
- 本利用規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されます。
- 本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
